The idea for Yoga Journey came after a car accident over 20 years ago when my neck was broken. Recovery was long and slow, contact sports were no longer possible. I started attending yoga classes and found that body, mind and soul were benefiting. My outlook on life changed, things that had seemed important, weren’t any longer.

Teacher training took some time I was working full time, but once completed,it was time to take the plunge, leave the corporate world and serious personal issues. I opened my own studio at the beginning of 2012 and the energy and passion in this space, is what keeps me motivated, day after day.
